Initial Residential Pest Control

Our Initial Flush Out Service utilizes the perfect blend of repellants and non-repellant products to effectively eradicate unwanted pests from your home. We begin by cleaning the eaves and overhangs up to 36ft high, eliminating cobwebs, spider eggs, wasps nests, and mud daubers. Next, we apply a non-repellant product to the base of the home, up to 3 feet high and 3 feet out from the foundation. We also use a repellant on high areas such as eaves, overhangs, windows, balconies, and pool lanais. Additionally, we treat the lawn 10-15 feet from the foundation with a granule to eliminate fleas, ticks, ants, and over 250 other lawn pests. To minimize the use of pesticides indoors, we conduct interior treatments to detect any potential pest entry points and recommend measures to maintain a pest-free environment. The garage will also be included in the treatment. As extra precaution, we strategically place glueboards in areas that need extra monitoring.
