What To Expect:

• After your purchase, we will contact you to schedule your first service.
• Upon arrival we will inspect the home to identify any potential pest issues, as well as client concerns.
• Our highly trained technician will then begin your initial flush out service by:
  • De-Webbing all eaves, overhangs, porches, garages, window/door frames, and lanai's to clean off wasps nests, cobwebs, debris, etc. 
  • Treat the perimeter of the home 3 feet up, and 3 feet out from the foundation. Treating all around windows, doors, eaves, overhangs, landscaping, and any other potential entry points for pests. 
  • Granulation up to 10 FT. out from the foundation treating for fleas, ticks, ants, and more! As well as spread fire ant bait around all active fire ant mounds. 
  • Treat interior of the home and garage space, as that is the main point of entry. Our technicians will place 4-6 insect monitor glueboards to help capture any active pests. 
  • Technician will let you know when they are completed with the service. 
• We will automatically schedule your 30 day follow up appointment, which will be your first quarterly treatment, to break the bugs egg cycle. This is the most important part of keeping your home pest free after the initial flush out. 

Quarterly Pricing:

-Please note, when purchasing this service you acknowledge that this is the discounted pricing you receive only by signing up for one full year of pest control services. Contract will be signed by client before Initial Service begins. If, after you purchase this service, you decide you only want a One-Time Service you will be subject to pay the One-Time Service Fee.
